Do you design the store, or do I need to provide designs?
Either works. We can design and build your store from scratch, or build from designs your own team or an agency has produced.
How long does a new Shopify store take?
It depends on the size of your catalogue, how much design work is involved and what your store needs to connect to. Once we understand the scope, we'll give you a realistic timeline to work to.
How long does a migration to Shopify take?
It depends on the size of your catalogue, how much order and customer history needs to move, and how much the old platform was customised. We'll review your current store and give you a realistic timeline before anything starts.
Will we lose our Google rankings if we move to Shopify?
Not if the move is planned properly. We map your old URLs to the new ones and set up redirects, so customers and search engines find the right pages after launch.
Can our customers keep their accounts and order history?
Customer and order records can be migrated. Passwords can't be moved between platforms for security reasons, so we'll help you invite customers to reactivate their accounts after launch.
Will we own the store?
Yes. Stores we build are transferred to your ownership, and you stay in control of your Shopify account, billing and data.
